Weapon classes (Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

There are 10 weapon classes in the main menu, but in the match itself, in addition to these 10, there are several more classes that have perks and improvements that I have not even opened yet, where are these classes from at all, can they be edited? I have not found access to them anywhere, except as a choice during a match, these classes are not displayed in the lobby
