Lags GTA 5 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

In the story mode, it does not lag, it stays at 90-120 fps, but online the fps drops to 40-50
intel pentium 5400 gold

I also played online a year ago, it was stable 60+ fps

is okay, they rolled out the update to the Casino and inside the casinos and apartments a miserable 45fps and microfreezes, although it's usually 75 on the street, with one of the future updates, it got better.

Yes, I have 40-50 fps everywhere, it feels like the limiter is there, but vertical sync is disabled
