Troubles with new pitch

I should have written here for a long time, hello, not so long ago I bought myself a new computer, I took all the details separately, rtx 3070 gigabyte, ryzen 5 5600x, 16 operatives (right now it works at 3200). The PC starts up quickly, GTA 5 before installing the software 150 fps, after 70-90, Minecraft used to be 1000 fps before reinstalling, right now 350, I can't understand what the problem is, and in video tests my PC should work better, reinstalled many times, help please.
