No DLC (Final Fantasy 15)

I bought Royal (disc version)
But I can't figure out what's going on.
I have not already climbed around wherever you can dig up information. Neither the "Downloadable content" item works for the menu.
I almost forgot I downloaded the Russian language ffxv on the curling iron and there is no ffxv in the game.
