Save Problems (Street Fighter 5)

After reinstalling Windows, I reinstalled the game, decided to finish off the arcade gallery, and what was my surprise to see that the entire gallery was reset, while the level of characters and money remained the same, in short, is the question somehow corrected or after each reinstallation of the game you need to reopen everything?
By the way, I found out that the game does not support cloud saves.
