No Pate and Creighton (Dark Souls 2)

First passed the full quest line of Pate (that is, to the Earthen Peak). Then he freed Creighton and now neither one nor the other is in Cove, Creighton in Darkshire, and Pate in Earthen Peak.
What's the matter? (Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin on PS3)
