Question about the case and cooling

I bought a zalman i3 case, and I also want to take a cooler for the ID-Cooling SE-224-XT Basic processor, but there is a problem - the cooler barely fits into the case by numbers and there is a 2mm gap. And now I don't know how to change the case or everything will be fine, because there is still the thickness of the motherboard, processor, error and much more
