The proportions of the screen (Tomb Raider: Legend)

Because topic with the technical questions were closed - decided to try my luck creating a new topic. Actually faced any problem of incorrect aspect ratio regardless of the changed permissions? The problem I have is that the picture or stretched or with black bars around the edges.

Here. I have steam version, so in English all. Two screenshots, both in 1080p, but on one stretched, the other not, and I highlighted the function that is responsible for it. Maybe in this case.
