the game does not unfold (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)
Problems appeared in some games. What is the problem. You start the same cop, it starts to run, and then throws it into the desktop. But the game remains open. You try to press it through the socket and go in, but it lets you go to 1s, and then immediately throws it out, and so it always goes. If you try to press for a very long time, then with some probability you can fly. I found a more or less fix for myself, just while it starts to press the LMB on the black screen, then it starts, but if you are altabating, then you can't go in. Tried putting something in the launch parameters (-noubershader -novid -d3d9ex). Did not help. PCIE did not help at 110 either (it was not set at 130). RTX voice is not installed, or I just didn't find it. (They said if you turn it off, then the problem ends). So the computer is not weak and in ks it easily gives out 300fps. (I5-2500K 980TI strix). I also demolished the drivers and installed new ones. I deleted steam, and downloaded it back, it did not help. I would be very grateful to someone who helps, I can even give you $ (The approximate start of the problem is 08/11/21)On Friday, August 13, an unlucky update KB5005033 was released for vin10, which broke all full-screen applications, dramatically reduced performance and caused many other misfortunes.
Most often, such problems appear in those whose taskbar is not located at the bottom, but on some other side.
In general, everything is decided by the demolition of the last update.
Settings> Updates and Security> View Update History> Uninstall Updates> Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5005033)
Requires restart.
Perhaps it makes sense in the settings to pause automatic updates until the patch is rolled out

Also, as one of the correction options that can help. Move the taskbar down, this button will appear there. If you click on it, a panel with a bunch of garbage will open. There will be a weather widget (I don't have it anymore). You need to hide the weather widget. After that, right-click on the panel itself, there is "News and Interests", "Disable". You may need to restart

You most likely have Windows version 1909, not 2004, 21H1 or 21H2.
A fortune teller from me, of course, is a good one, but now to the point.
For version 1909, this update is called KB5005031. Try to remove it, it should help.
