Quest bug I can not turn in \ "on survival \" (Fallout 4)

The quest-jackpot hub 360 was bugged, PAM does not accept the quest, but just talks like a left NPC, tried to install CansoleFix.esp in order to register the completion of the quest through the console, but the console still does not open. There are no old downloads, since there are 3 autosaves, I don't know what else can be done

I love survival except for these three saves. Therefore, every time after the end of the game session, I copied them, darlings, into a separate daddy with a serial number and an approximate name of what happened or what I plan ... Not a cheat, but a simple prudence.
