Zombie Horde and Special Forces Team (Saints Row: The Third)

Hello everyone! Please help with the problem: There were two points in the phone at the very bottom (a horde of zombies and a special forces team).
I summoned both of them, since then a couple of missions have passed, and they are still not available for re-summons.
Do you need to do something to be able to call them again?
