How to get the quest \ "Philibert always pays the bills \" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I ran to one assignment, accidentally ran through some kind of villa. I saw the corpse and came up, and a ghost appeared, which I hardly extinguished, read the letter, found the cache, all the quest was completed. And how to get it without accidentally running through it?
