Doesn't start !!! (Neighbors from Hell 2: On Vacation)

Someone please help! We will not understand anything! We install the game, the installation works fine, but then, when we try to open it, nothing happens. Worth DX 9.0c, XP with SP2. At startup, it does not give any errors, it just does not open. If anyone can help ... really hope
