Solving the problem with launching in full screen. (Fallout 4)

I solved the problem as follows

in the game folder and in the game folder in My Documents in the Fallout4Prefs files I did the following:
bMaximizeWindow = 1
bBorderless = 1
bFull Screen = 1
But below you need to change these values
iSize H = 1280
iSize W = 1024

like this
iSize H = 1024
iSize W = 1280

and set "Read only" in the properties.

And that's all. Full screen gameplay, power armor interface and lockpicking are visible.

The whole trouble was that in other instructions for launching to full screen, the values ​​of

iSize H = 1280
iSize W = 1024 were confused
and therefore the interfaces with the lock and the power armor were not visible and the screen itself was displaced.

they had to be written like this
iSize H = 1024
iSize W = 1280
