Mouse problems (Prototype)

I decided to play the classics, so to speak. I installed the game, everything started. I started playing and found that the mouse just kind of slows down and freezes. If you move it to the right, it may react normally, or it may not move at all. But most often it FPS itself is very good, Fraps shows 57-60 FPS. In general, I don’t know what to do, I tried:
1) Compatibility
2) Run as administrator
3) Reinstalling the game
4) Neither license nor pirate game works
5) Launching the game on another hard drive with a different operating system - "Hryushka"
