Silencer (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

It seems there are mods for mufflers and stuff. Find a master gunsmith (like a few apprentices and try 3-4 himself) then when customizing a weapon, you can put an âˆž silencer on some weapons from Thursday to Friday from 01:00 to 05:00 at night.

Open a bandana for an infinite ammunition. The silencer will also become infinite on all weapons.
