NG + and DLC (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

If you start NG +, then the status of passing the DLC is reset or not?

It's just that ... I missed some gear from the Tesham Mutna set, and indeed I popped up to carry out the plot, instead of additional. quests. (Influenced by the fact that in the original game I'm a little tired of always doing additional quests instead of the plot.)

According to the plot with Regis, you find yourself in Tesham Mutna, with gear put on (Minimum 3 items from the set), Geralt gets the Vampire skill, namely: replenishment of life for killed enemies.
It also looks beautiful.
