At least Oxenfurt / Novigrad, the scissors icon on the minimap. In Ochsenfurt it is quite close to the south gate, if you cannot drive by on the road.

in Oxenfurt, you don't have to go across the bridge, but immediately swim across the river and you are in the city, make your way through the streets, it will appear on the map.

some drunk barber can do the wrong hairstyle, otherwise they are all the same by themselves.

Well, I have only been to Oxenfurt so far, but I don’t think that the hairstyles are different, I still have to go to Novigrad and see, then I’ll know for sure.

Where can you find the Barber in the Blood and Wine DLC in Toussaint, EXCEPT on the Tournament Fields?
