Hero level bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After reaching level 70, experience begins to increase in the negative direction. After the release of blood and wine, experience again accumulates in a plus, but only I now have level 70 with a progress of -18000/2000. How to fix ? I play on PS4
