Updating mods to the game version (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Some mods stopped working with the new version of the game, of course they will be updated over time, but oddly enough, just now thinking about how to do it yourself? Maybe someone of you knows how to do this and can share info, or a link to a lesson? I will be grateful. All good!

To update modifications, usually scripted, to a new version of the game, you need to understand what code is used for the modification, take the script of the new version, insert the mod code into it. At the very least, you need to understand what you are doing.

That is, you need to remove the old mod, install the new version?

It's strange that on the Nexus, the last patch is 1.12, not 1.21.

I think these mods can not be updated by yourself?
