Bug in the quest "Freak" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

All dialogues after the start of this quest become like this (screen).

Game version 1.21, but the bug was observed in earlier versions, is there a solution to this problem? The dialogues themselves are generally without subtitles. I tried to roll back to an early save game, reinstalled the game - it did not help.
