Punk Buster is not installed (Battlefield 3)

Deleted the punkbuster folder on disk (C) while I have a game on disk (D). It so happened that punk buster had to be reinstalled. At the end of the update, it gives an error that it cannot find the same remote folder with the punkbuster because it is NOT there and cannot be restored. Prompt a solution to the problem.
