Texture problem in some games ... (Colin McRae: DiRT)

An obvious problem in textures appeared in wot, initially I had it in all games until I changed the system, from 7x64 wines to 10x64 pro wines. The problem appeared after updating the game wot. Namely, after hiding / opening the game, the textures are clear, the edges are smooth, but it is worth hiding and then opening the game, the textures immediately change, as if you turned off anti-aliasing and turned the contrast to full!

The desktop shows clearly, but the game is not very good, I think that after updating the games this problem will reappear ...

Previously there was another video card (gtx 560), it also had such a problem, it burned out, I bought a new one (gtx 750ti).
