AMD; problem with installing drivers

I am having a problem with the drivers for a video adapter from AMD.
The problem arose after the emergency shutdown of the laptop.
When you entered the Windows OS, the screen began to fade, and later a window appeared, saying the parameters of your equipment have changed. This problem can be solved very easily by reinstalling the firewood. Began to reinstall the driver. After restarting the computer, crimson shows it.



The AMD driver is not installed or the driver is not working correctly. Install drivers suitable for your device.
So, not one of the driver versions does not work and shows this window. I even put on a katalist. What should I do?
If anyone has a solution please respond.
PS The second system is Ubuntu 15.04 LTS. The drivers on this one have never flown, and the vidyuha works more stable there.
