PC for medium settings. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Hello everyone, I have a question here; there was an opportunity to update the PC for yourself for 15-16 thousand rubles. My config is i3 -2100 3.1 ghz, 3 gb ram and amd 6700 hd series 1 gb video card. With these settings, the slideshow is at a minimum in Novigrad. I want to add 8 GB of RAM and take a nvidea 750ti 2gb card. Is this enough for a comfortable game at medium settings?Galahad
Put 8 GB of RAM and gtx 960.13.8k vidyah and 2.8k RAM. Well, or wait for 1060, but when it comes out and it will cost it will obviously not be 14k, but in the region of 20k
Galahad
I have exactly the same percentage, 8 RAM and a 760 (2GB) video card, fps did not measure, but it is played comfortably at medium-high
Galahad
Better wait already 10x0 ... Look what 1060 will come out for the same 14k in performance as 970 ...

Why would you take a poor 750 if you have enough money for 960? 960 will be able to serve you for another 2 years, and 750 will die very soon. And nvidia buns you can't even turn on 960
For 12-13 sput you can buy a used gtx 960 (even 4 gigabyte) instead of a galima 750 on Avito, and there is still enough for the RAM bar. Under the Witcher, that's it. I will repeat with those who have already answered, and the new 10x0 series will be more expensive than the new ones, and used ones will not appear soon and will also be expensive at first.

I have 750ti 6 GB of RAM at high 30 fps is. but it's better to take 960 and 16 GB of RAM.
depends on permission. if a square-angle old-school monitor from a megalith, then maybe 750 will be enough for this game

I doubt it. I play on ULTRA (the distance for drawing vegetation and shadows on high, hair on low with anti-aliasing 2x) and produces 40 FPS, in the field it jumps up to 50. Resolution 900r

Xs, I wanted to save money, like there were tests of norms. But still I agree, I'll take 960

Yes, here they write that she is better, I'll take 960 and the bar for eight. Then I'll take another one over time.
I'm on i5 3570, 8 ram, gtx 460 768mb - I played at min-high settings. (textures and relief at the height, the range of the grass is medium., the rest is at the bottom, because it did not give obvious advantages., anti-aliasing + glow + rays + ssao) all this in a resolution of 1280x1024 gave out in Novigrad from 20 fps (tolerable), and in other locations from 30. It was enough for me!
Now I updated the video to 7850 (I took it for 2.200, taking into account the sale of the old card). The game runs at max settings without hairworks, produces in novigrad from 24fps, and in the rest from 40.
You can, of course, just reduce the settings to high, but I would rather have a more beautiful picture with 30fps than 60fps per min / environment.
So, if you want to save your budget, you can look at the secondary housing and take a card of 750ti 7850 level, + add up to 8GB of RAM. And that's enough for this game. But again, this is me considering the fact that the resolution was HD, not FHD. If FHD, then yes, you need level 960.
Be sure to add the operative, it is not so expensive. At the expense of the pro, I don’t know, the i3-4130 itself is worth it, but because of the weak vidyahi I don’t know how much it fits this game, but most likely you need to put i5.
new cards are on the way, which means that soon 970 980 will become cheaper, that year I took 970 for 24 kasar new ones will come out the price will fall by 970 and 980 it is better to wait and buy the already normal 970 or 980 just under saving money is not superfluous, it is better take so take normal
Galahad Take 960 current for 4 giga which. Not much more expensive ...! Two gigs for games are already very small! The same witcher 3 giga eats ...
750ti is a good card, don't listen to all those rich majors who have been told they only need 960-980 to play. They probably didn't realize that this card still stands alone and is the basis for a mid-budget gaming system. With the thousandth series, everyone went crazy at once.
Don't even think about buying on Avito and other trash cans: there is a chance that they will sell a warmed-up or re-flashed Chinese.
Memory, yes, be sure to take 8 GB.
All those who write about 960, 970 and 1060 and you are sure that his stone i3 2100 will reveal these cards to the end, you should at least google it, see if they can only work 60-80% from him, then it makes sense to take them?
