Path of Heroes (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Can anyone tell me if the quest "path of heroes" is only for patch 1.07 ??? this is the quest where you need to pass the test of agility by swimming under water or take it to a height

You need to go through the quest "Tower from Nowhere", only after that it opens.

1.07 After talking with the customers when submitting the quest about the tower, an exclamation mark appears over 2 women nearby (as I understood the thunderstorm ends and the aunts go out into the street)

Aahahha))) I have a bug with this quest, it gives endless experience))) At lvl 27 +50 experience, you can farm indefinitely, or rather to lvlcap.
