You guys already threw attempts from soap to get rid of or at least minimize:
Video settings: Scale resolution -> manually. The minimum resolution scale -> 100%. Motion blur -> Off. Soft particles -> Off.
There is another option, if the graphics card is NVIDIA to supply the drivers for Rage 2, and filter it through dzhifors experience (ALT + Z) -> Filter. Try to configure.
- RAGE 2 runs on the engine of APEX and the API uses Vulkan.
