Why release this sequel? Would make a remake with normal controls and everyone would be happy. Why bury all your famous titles one after another?
No, in some places the game is still magical, the most beautiful soundtrack and design are still in place, but so many unnecessary things have been poured into the game, while forgetting what made the original beautiful.
It's a shame. It's also a shame, as with Sonic & the Secret Rings, because in both cases they could have brilliant games, but the middle peasants came out.

Fortunately, Yuji Naka makes a new exclusive for vi, and it will be 100% a masterpiece.
I played it, it turned out better than I expected, oh nostalgia. The design is on the level, the gameplay missions with flights are very cool, although the game with control has problems, I play on the Cuban joy, but the responsiveness of the game on the Saturnian analog does not even smell, but you get used to it. In general, I would prefer a remake, I hope it will be transferred from PS2, but the second part is certainly not as bad as trying to make IGN think.
