noworkshop in Garris's Pirate (Garry's Mod)

on the pirated version of Gmod, add-ons do not work because of the inscription "add-ons were turned off by the -noworkshop launch parameter", respectively, and add-ons do not work in whichever folder I throw them. Please do not write "buy a license" in the answers.
