Lags in cut scenes (Far Cry 6)

For some top reasons, it is in cut scenes that the frame drop begins and instead of 50-60 frames it becomes about 10

I will assume that it is locked at 30 because of the consoles.

Still constantly almost every 5-10 minutes it freezes sharply and the sound is there, but the picture hangs tightly then for 5 minutes and again everything is ok. What the hell at all?
