Unfillable quests (Encased)

Who knows how to complete the quests "Keys to all doors" and "Straight to the punishment cell"? The fact is that in the first, after the burning of the selektrons, the terminal does not issue a damn ticket (although npc claims that it has already been printed), and in the second, after I overheard the orange conversation and got out of the ventilation, they simply disappear and that's it! Who faced this?
