Divine weapon and where to get it. (Dead Island)

Today I played as usual on Playstation 4, when suddenly a chelik connects to me and throws off such a good set of weapons with endless ammunition and one-shot all the homeless people. What is this magic outside of Hogwarts and how to make the same fluff?
