Problems completing side missions (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Ps4 platform. At some point, the ability to perform all secondary activities disappears. Tasks are marked or just help the characters (give a dollar to the blind, etc.), press L2, focus on the goal occurs, but you cannot start a dialogue or respond to a request.
After completing the main crosses, everything returns to its normal state and after a while the possibility of secondary activities disappears again. Maybe someone had something like that?
