Bug while running (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In the vicinity of Novigrad, a strange bug emerged: when running, Geralt stops every few steps. Walking animation is normal, running with Shift pressed is also fine. No animation mods are worth it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Mods for animation are not needed. See other mods.
Threat IMHO fashion for this game = evil! The game is completely self-contained.

There are problems with animations even without mods, and even more so with mods.

Not enough. For example, in the announcement and on the official art, the developers presented awesome swords, but for some stupidity they decided to cut them out, but they made the same-looking junk in bulk. Roach on uneven terrain moves like a disabled person and does not always come. The dirty lens effect was generally idiocy back in the 2010s, but some never got it. Underwear in some scenes looks unrealistically stupid and pointless, as if the projects decided to bend a little under 15-17-year-old mother's suckers (to be honest, the same shit in all games, honestly I already want 18+ games to be sold only according to documents, then Taking care of all these fucking kids won't affect the decisions of the developers).
I'm already silent about the reworked project, which is recognized by the developers as an excellent mod.
To play with mods or not, everyone decides for himself. With regard to role-playing games, where action and immersion in the atmosphere are in the first place, these lamentations about originality do not make sense, on the contrary, if the mod allows you to improve the atmosphere of the world, then from the point of view of the Witcher fan, it is more canonical than its absence.
