Bug Infinite Death on PS4 (Far Cry 6)

Good evening!
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
After death, there is a download and again death, and so on in a circle
You can exit the game only by turning it off
Is there a solution or just starting over?

The bro had this only on the pc, the trainer helped with the immortality mode, but on ps4 I don't even know try to write to those support.

I got a similar glitch. When killing a quest, the slowdown turns on, I fire a shot and immediately die. I'll try with a trainer, otherwise xs how to edit this.
