Eternal \ "Wait \"

After installing a new mouse, "Wait" pops up when you reboot. Although when installing an old mouse, everything is ok. What is the problem?

Screenshot, photo, more detailed description of the problem: how long does it pop up (duration), does the inscription remain, or disappears?
....What is the problem?
Did you install your own software on the mouse (drivers, special software)? - if yes, it is possible that something was added to startup and after restarting it tries to boot into the system.
