Video card coolers in the game (Kena: Bridge of Spirits)

There is iron i5 8400, RTX 2080 win 11 (on win 10 it was the same) I
tried 2 repacks and it was the same on all oats, when the game starts, after a while, the video card coolers cyclically switch to max speed at the same chip temperature, they accelerate then slower again ....
Someone faced such a situation?
Or is it all from the fact that a pirate?
