Good day. Faced with the fact that often FPS drops to 30. Although in the settings I set 60. I did not set the dynamic resolution. How can I fix it? Iron is good. The settings are medium high. Gtx 1080, i5 - 100400f, 32 ram, game on ssd

Moved to another point a couple of meters - bang is already 30, returned back - again 60. I don't understand what this is all about.
