Arsenal won't open (Call of Duty: Warzone)

Guys, such a problem, I can't open the arsenal in the warzone, NOTHING AT ALL. I tried reinstalling the game - it didn't help, I tried to run it in bladeless mode - it didn't help. I changed the settings, everything was useless ... And I noticed one joke - I once went into the kit, I had a pellington sniper there, it seems to be called, and so it has only one Slot in its arsenal, and it opened! One arsenal for one weapon opened for me, but if I open an arsenal from a set with a weapon, which, for example, has two slots in the arsenal, then that's it, I am thrown out in the game menu again. What to do???
