Weapon of the Future (Encased)

A bit tricky quest. Let me remind you, it concerns mechanical servo suits that are out of control. In the course of the investigation, it turns out that in general everyone is involved, I cannot unequivocally single out the culprit. Maybe I'm missing something? We have that the security guard Uwe Müller stole the commander's handheld and pitted the robots against each other so that the project was covered and everyone went home. Technician Eliza Borges noticed that someone breaks robots every day, but she kept silent about the sabotage, fearing to be extreme and just corrected them as much as possible. Thomas Wood confessed that he deliberately spoiled them at the request of his mother. Rosary Wood gave orders at the behest of scholar David Kushner. Kushner himself told us that he seems to have his own plans for another type of robots, and this project is just a waste of resources and time, and therefore organized sabotage. And now those for whom there is no evidence yet (maybe he missed something): Karl Blauholz is a little fool of a scientist, in general, on his mind; Bill Roper is the head of the security service, who, by the way, is most often the role of the culprit in detective stories); and the late Joanna Lindel who is, alas, above suspicion by reason of death ?. The fact that you can't blame everyone is embarrassing, you only need one, but here at least three are involved, so it seems like I'm missing something.

The orange ones are forced laborers. Blue is only guilty of not hitting. The fool Uwe did not engage in sabotage, he just stole the handheld. Nemchura is out of business. So, logically, the leader of this organized criminal group is Kushner. Well, how is it in the opinion of the developers ... Actually, I did not check it, but in theory the amount of experience for the quest should be different. We save, hand over everyone in turn and look at the amount of exp received. Something like this.

In general, there is no difference either in the experience gained or in the reaction of the head of the guard. The only difference is that Kushner is missing out on a future opportunity for his project; the technique will be sent to hell; and Uwe and Thomas will be sent to the Labyrinth of Death. Again, it looks as if something is missing for the final denouement.
