I tried everything that was possible, nothing helped, fps from 40-80 jumps and that's it, the percentages and the video card are not loaded at 100. As it turned out, the problem was in the RAM, namely in its frequency, the stock stood at 2666, raised it to 2900 through the BIOS, did not touch the timings. As a result, I fly into the game and I have a battle from 45-65 fps without friezes stably without lags.

I play on Xbox Series X - 4k 60fps, ray tracing and no problem! Everything goes smoothly and steadily

Measure the performance in the game (MSI Afterburner, etc.). Display as much data as possible (preferably to see the load of all CPU cores / threads), shoot a video of the problematic moment and upload it here.
