Factorio game slows down

Hello everyone! Guys, I donâ€™t understand whatâ€™s wrong. I thought at first a little processor - I switched from i7-3770k to i5-10400f. Before that there was 12 GB of RAM, now 32 GB. The game is installed on an nvme-drive, the speeds are good. And the FPS from 3-4 frames became only 7-10 frames per second. What is the computer missing?
