Well, Yes. Even stun bombs can destroy nests. And I mean to meditate? If you have the right ingredients, just go into alchemy and there is no meditation pose.

Bomb buggy (the game's version to 1.04). In the inventory it was listed, but the number of 0/0. In order to make a new, you have to throw those over.
