Slow camera rotation on gamepad (Shadow of the Tomb Raider)

Hello!
Faced such a problem as slow camera rotation when playing a gamepad.
Despite the fact that even turning the controller sensitivity slider on in aiming to the maximum did not help.
Can this be somehow solved? The gamepad is original from boxing new.
Only in the chest is such garbage.
