Performance dropped dramatically (Call of Duty: Warzone)

After a year and a half, I decided to play Modern Warfare and discovered a fierce decline in FPS right in the menu. From 70 fps dropped to 5-8. I5 3470 computer, 16GB DDR3, GTX 970, 3TB HDD. It is not necessary to write that the computer is weak. I played on release and everything was great on highs. In a network game, stable 70 frames. The computer also did not turn sour, because I play The Division 2 and there at high fps from 50-70.

PS A friend has the same parsley, only on i5 10400, GTX 1070.

Ah, they are to blame. Well, it hurts and I wanted to. Yesterday I was in the europair and saw the adrenaline with some kind of event for the code. I thought, shouldn't I give them a chance to play some more? While I was figuring it out, I drank all the adrenaline and the desire to play was gone. In general, the moment is missed.
