If this is just a picture ( let's imagine a cat for the place of construction), then it is enough to climb into the Contraptions folder in the game directory (if x64, then first go into it, and then the rest of the manipulations). find the desired building by its name, and go to the building folder, then upload the desired photo and rename it to the name of the building, deleting the old photo.
