BIOS Also not updated to the latest version, only to the penultimate one. And so, why do you need it? Well, why why, all drivers must be in order for stability and good system performance.

BIOS should be picked only if there are serious problems with the computer.

Don't worry, the firewood got up, apparently only one of the drivers didn't get up, since the automatic Windows update delivered a newer version than in the pack.
At the end of the installation, the installer shows which firewood is up and which is not.
Check in the installed programs for the presence of chipset firewood, must be.

If, nevertheless, they were not installed and there was no installation at all, then: -
check the system for integrity through the SFC / SCANNOW command line
- find the AMD folder on the system disk and delete it. (Enable show hidden files and folders)
-As Marsj wrote, download amd clean up, run.
-after rebooting, put the firewood again.

And about updating the BIOS xs, you can try to format the USB flash drive in fat32.
