FPS in the game no higher than 75 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

The problem is as follows: on a PC with good hardware when playing, what is in the plot, what is online, the FPS in the game does not rise above 75-80, and that last value for some kind of cutscenes. In any other situations, it generally drops to 60-65, and with an abundance of vegetation or conditional explosions, it can drop to 45-50 :(

Grafon if all loosened up to a maximum which is generally only there, but in my humble opinion on this gland '13 game can deliver higher frame rate.
