9999 fps load processor (Grand Theft Auto 4)
The settings in the game are the highest, commandeline.txt does not help, the game hangs with a black screen. Because of this FPS, the processor is heavily loaded and the cooler is buzzing at all revolutions. please tell me what to do

This is a glitch that your gtx 1050 could not produce so many fps in this game!

Fan speed 0, temperature 47 degrees. The processor cooler is probably buzzing.
You can limit fps through RivaTuner.

The game cannot produce that many FPS. GTA 4 is a terrible piece of the port. But I can't say now how GTA 4 loads the PC, but the optimization is definitely awful.

0 is for vidyuhi, why the cooler speed is not measured, but it works, now I will try RivaTuner, although I doubt it will help, I have tried a lot of things
