Mods don't work. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I decided to install the ENB version on Steam. Previously installed: Menyoo PC, Shader, ScriptHook and Not, OpenIV and everything that is needed for it (asi, etc.), machines were installed. Everything worked just two weeks ago. I decided to download ENB now, installed it, I go to check and configure the shaders. As a result, the panel does not turn on on Home, I re-logged and when I load GTA, the Shader window is not there either. I checked the trainer, it doesn't work either. Through the application, I removed all mods absolutely, checked the game for integrity. Reinstalled trainer, enb, script hook and not, shader, OpenIV, Asi Loader, etc. I go to check, the only thing that works is ENB. No shaders, no fucking word at all. I don't even know what to do now. I have already tried 3 trainers. None work
